Neodymium arc magnets are curved rare-earth magnets made from sintered NdFeB material. Our NdFeB grades cover N30 to N55, including M, H, SH, UH, EH, and AH grades. Maximum remanence can reach 1.5T, making these arc magnets suitable for high-efficiency motors and sensors. Batch magnetic fluctuation is small, and demagnetization rate is lower than the industry average. This matters for end products that must run reliably for years.

Arc magnets are not one-size-fits-all. We produce custom arcs with outer diameter, inner diameter, thickness, arc angle, and axial or radial magnetization. We use a nickel-copper-nickel three-layer electroplating process. Single-layer nickel thickness can reach 5μm, with uniform color and strong corrosion resistance. These coatings pass SGS 300+ item testing and meet REACH, RoHS, CP65, and EN71 requirements. This supports exports to Europe, the US, Japan, and Korea.

From raw material intake to finished goods shipment, every batch goes through more than ten inspection steps. These include composition analysis, dimension inspection, magnetic performance testing, salt spray testing, and more. We use X-ray thickness gauges, high-temperature test chambers, and HAST accelerated aging testers. All data is traceable.
