A ring magnet is a type of magnet with a current channel inside a closed ring-shaped sleeve. It achieves the levitation effect by applying current to this channel, generating a strong magnetic field. The ring magnet can also control the trajectory and speed of the levitated object by changing the method of current flow, the magnitude of the current, and its direction.
